1. Is there a risk of my number being banned when using the WS Blasting service?

We take precautions to prevent number ban issues when using our WS Blasting service. By using random local numbers to send your messages, your private number remains protected.

2. What number will be shown as the sender when my customers receive WhatsApp messages?

All sender numbers originate from Malaysia (+60) and are sent using local random numbers.

3. Can I use the blasting service to send messages to various countries?

Absolutely, you can send messages to various countries by inputting the appropriate country code for each number when submitting your campaign. For instance, Malaysian numbers require (601), Singaporean numbers require (65), Indonesian numbers require (62), and so on. 

4. Do you offer support to help launch the blasting campaign?

Unfortunately, users are required to log in and launch their own campaigns. However, our system is designed to be user-friendly, and our support team is always available to assist you if you encounter any difficulties.

5. What are the operating hours for your system?

Our server is operational from 11am to 8pm (Mon-Fri) and 11am to 6pm (Sat). The server is unavailable for campaign uploads outside of these hours, and is also offline for system maintenance every Sunday.

6. What are the recommended practices for launching a blasting campaign?

Here are a few tips to follow while launching a blasting campaign:
1. Include the country code in each contact number
2. Limit media file size to 4MB or less, and
3. Ensure that recipient contact numbers are unique to avoid filtering duplicates.

7. Is it possible to monitor the open rates or read rates of the campaign in the report?

Unfortunately, tracking open or read rates is not possible in the campaign report as it only indicates successful or unsuccessful delivery, with unsuccessful delivery often being due to the recipient not having the application installed.

8. Will I be charged for undelivered messages?

No. Our system will automatically refund any unused credits once your Excel report is generated.

9. Is it possible to engage in a conversation with the recipients who respond to my blast messages?

Our system is designed for one-way sending only, therefore, chat or reply functions are not available.
